This was an investment property getting ready for market, they meet the deadline, offered great options, where flexible, worked out times with tenants, and helped with the budget we had to get the best bang for our buck. Saying our investment property now which was at the bottom of the scale for quality is now at the top of the scale all at a great price. Innovation's delivered everything they promised, plus more thanks to their communication during the renovation. Great family owned company!!!
