I was very impressed with how courteous and professional your roofers and staff presented themselves. Words cannot express alone how grateful I am for the highest quality customer service your company provided me. I can’t tell you enough how fortunate you are to have Jay as the face of your company; he made this so easy!! He was professional in every way; he took time to listen to my questions and provided top-notch answers. He is so knowledgeable and communicated with me well. I always knew where I was in the process and what the next steps were going to be. Jay went above and beyond the call of duty and kept telling me, “We’re going to take care of you.” And he did! The work was completed in a timely manner with quality materials and professional workmanship. All debris was hauled away and the crew members even cleaned the back and front porch areas leaving it in great condition. I highly recommend this company and I will use you again without question.
