Dealing with Lance at EcoTech was the best decision I could’ve made. We had a roof leak causing damage within the attic and my daughters bedroom and instead of just going with the insurance company’s recommended restoration company I went with a previous tradesmen (I’ve used) recommendation and it worked out great. Lance walked me through all the ins and outs and what the insurance company would “try” to pull over on me plus he reviewed all the scope of work estimates (by insurance company’s restoration company) and made sure they didn’t miss any important items or try to cut corners. Also, Lance was always prompt in replying to either my emails, texts or phone calls. The team that he sent out to complete the work was efficient and the end results were great. Would highly recommend using Lance at EcoTech.
