Donna Jones review about company Charles Terry Construction Co

I previously submitted a review explaining how after using Charles Terry for years we were extremely disappointed with the work we received after a recent hail storm in 2017. We have made multiple attempts contacting the office and promised dates of when our roof would be fixed, only to have no one call or show up. We finally gave up thinking that eventually if they wanted to be paid we would hear from them. While my neighbor was facing the same situation her salesman, Ronnie, worked diligently to see that her roof was fixed. Ronnie, hearing that we were very discontented with our roof, came over and offered his services to help. My husband pulled out the papers and notes he had made of calls, conversations, and shared them with Ronnie explaining we were not recommending Charles Terry. Ronnie was very sensitive and listened stating he would do what he could to help us. In just a matter of hours we had the promise that our issues would be fixed. True to his word, a crew was at our home for two days fixing a very bad roof job. Ronnie, is one we would call if we ever need help with our roof again. Looking at the spring being upon us, we now feel confident that our roof is sound and can weather the rain and wind. I’d give 10 stars to Ronnie if I could!
