Richard Pilat review about company Bill's Roof Repair Inc

If there was a zero rating I would give them that. They have a $475 minimum charge. Yes that’s right, $475 dollars. I had a roof repair done for $500 which was quite reasonable, and called back because it still leaked or so I thought. It was an adjacent window that was the cause of the leak. My assistant who was there did not ask for a quote figuring it cannot be much to fix if the roof was only $500?? This is what I got for $475 dollars. Caulking and this little over hang which was made in less than 30 minutes. Furthermore when I called to question the cost, I was then told that my assistant Dave Ok’d the charge which is not true. I have no problem paying half that charge but $475 is unreasonable. Do not use this company unless you like being charged 475 dollars for a half hours work.
