Terrence Foggie review about company Southern Star Roofing & Construction

Long but important post. Initially my experience with Southern Star Roofing wasn’t great. We started off with some gaps in communication but once Brandon, the owner, got wind of the miscommunication he reached out to my wife and I directly. He sat down with us in our home and not only genuinely apologized for the miscommunication but walked us through every step of what his company could do to complete our roof job. Of all the people we interacted with to receive quotes and information Brandon was by far the most kind, knowledgeable, and professional. After this interaction we just had to go with Southern Star! Communication remained top notch from that point on. My wife and I have a small home, however Brandon and his team provided us with excellent white glove treatment. The day of repair could not have gone smoother. The roofers were efficient and took special care to clean our property as if it was their own. Our home looks outstanding! Brandon demonstrated an excellence of character and professionalism. If you are in need of roof repair this is indeed the company to go with. Southern Star lives up to its ratings and then some!
