Rhoda Watson review about company First Home Improvements (England) Limited

The window fitters were great. Very polite, respectful and cleaned up after themselves. The new windows look great. Unfortunately the phone wire was cut through. I was informed that it was in the terms and conditions that all wiring should be moved prior to installation. Admittedly I didn't read this properly but I wouldn't have realised the phone wire needed moving as the box was screwed onto the wall. I think someone from the company should have mentioned it. Perhaps the surveyor? Or even an email to point this out. Overall I'm pleased with my new windows and the service I received.
