This business also serves as an apartment property management company. I moved in a new apt as the 1st occupant. The inside finishing construction was done so poorly. I could have done it better myself. Well that's actually downgrading my skills. Within 4 months the kitchen faucet had to be replaced. Upon move in the master bath shower head didn't work due to pure stupidity. Plumber's putty instead of Teflon tape was used on the threads blocking the water from entering the shower head. The weather strip had not been put on one side of my door & it took 5 months for it to be done. The front door frame was cracked so the deadbolt couldn't be locked. Paint around the windows was cracked. The outlet covers had gaps between the cover & plaster. I could continue... But I think you have the idea. The late fees are outrageous. Good thing I pay my rent on time. The thing that makes it a 2 star instead of 1 star is central air. Don't trust the owner's. You're paying $800 for what should be the nicest apts in Jerome. What a joke.
