O N review about company Scro's Roofing Company

We used Scro's Roofing to replace our roof many years ago, and it was a good experience. Now, 13 years later, when we discovered a leak, I was very happy to discover the company was still around and providing service to the triangle area. I called their office after hours one day, and they called me the next business morning without delay. The people in their office were easy to speak to and communicated well. They asked for details and pictures and provided a quote over the phone. They were able to schedule someone to come out the same week, and when they saw that rain was in the forecast for the day they were scheduled, they took the initiative to call me and schedule a time to come out a day earlier than planned. The roofers who arrived were polite and took care of the repair quickly. They gave me a brief update before they left, and the next day the office called me to confirm in more detail the work that had been completed. I would call Scro's again if needed in the future.
