Vicki Rose review about company Findlay Roofing

Salesperson who came to house was very personable, knowledgeable. He was easy to reach during the time we were researching roofing companies. Now I feel like he sold us smoke and mirrors. 1. He said he'd be onsite for the whole installation process. The single removal and re-roofing took 2.5 days, and he didn't show up at all except when my husband called him to complain that the roofers were throwing shingles onto an un-tarped deck. 2. Part of the contract stated that nails would be picked up, and a magnet run over the area to collect errant nails. I now have a huge roofing nail in my tire ... the day after the roofers left. Coincidence? No such thing. 3. When they under-ordered on shingles and said they'd come back on a specific day, they just never showed up. For two days. No phone call, no nothing. I do not have time to track vendors down to find out why they are not onsite at the promised time. This whole process with Roof Roof in Mooresville, NC has been a nightmare. AVOID THIS COMPANY!
