Patty O review about company Alpine Roofing Co., Inc.

I used Alpine Roofing in 2014 to replace my roof due to hail damage, they were wonderful back then, so, I thought I would use them again in 2018 to again replace my roof due to hail damage...well, they are definitely not the same company/service that they were 4 years ago! My first Rep Jesse 'is no longer with the company' and I was assigned a new rep Joshua. They were both very nice and professional, however they were impossible to get in touch with, impossible to get them to return phone calls or respond to emails. I was, after several weeks of no response given, to one of the owners Robin Tichy who spoke to me on the phone, gave me her email address and I was told 'if you need anything, please email me and I will ensure you are taken care of'. Well it has been 8 days since I emailed the owner Robin and requested a brochure with the colors of roof shingles be provided so that I can get moving with the HOA approval process', nothing no response to my email and was never provided the brochure I needed...pretty amazing that the Owner of Alpine Roofing is completely oblivious as to taking care of a 'repeat customer'!!! I have since, contacted another roofing company that has great reviews from my Insurance Company (I will review them when the roof project is completed), they return phone calls usually the same day and I signed a contract with them in less than 1 week since first contacting them, they, know how to run a business, whereas Alpine has become a horrible company in 4 short years! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE USING THEM THEY DO NOT TAKE CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS!
