RPI was recommended to me by a friend. I called RPI because I had shingles falling off. Mack came out, checked my roof, gave a quote, and helped me work with my homeowners insurance and adjuster. He took time to answer all my questions, showed me where I had “trouble” spots, and just made me feel confident in making RPI my roofing choice. Everything went as exactly explained. Johnathan and his team kept in touch with me, did a great job putting on the new roof, made sure my property was cleaned up, and answered and additional questions or concerns that I may have had. Even after, their follow up has been great. I would recommend RPI, Mack Ridgeway, and Johnathan to everyone! Thank you for a job well done! 🏡
