Adam Hughes review about company Low Cost Roofing LLC

The work was fine. However, a couple weeks later I sustained more damage and called them to arrange repairs under an insurance claim. I called twice, they haven't bothered to call back. I assume if I'd had a problem with their work this would be the difficulty in getting a hold of them. Seriously, zero return phone calls. What Kind of business won't call you back? The insurance approved a new roof. Thousands of dollars could have been theirs but they just couldn't bring themselves to call me back.
