Paid Ken for years to come and check our slate roof for replacments, wear and tear. When we started renovations on our third floor, opened up the ceiling, found SIGNIFICANT water damage due to a HOLE in the roof. Called Ken to fix and after 3 weeks, he is "overwhelmed" and can't promise anything until maybe next week (4 weeks from the first call).
