Sharon Andruniak review about company KLZ Roofing & Exteriors: Winnipeg Roofing Contractor

I had new gutters and downspouts put on my home in May, 2018. Not happy with a few issues and contact Kirk on two different occasions, he said they had done their job but would send someone out to LOL at my concerns. I have been very patient as I know it is their busy season. As of to date still no one has shown up. The eves trough on the garage looks like someone with no experience had put it up, ( everyone who drives in makes a comment on how crooked it looks and) and the reason we had put new eves troughs on the house was that one of the roof valleys missed the eves trough and went straight down into the foundation. I feel that because I had paid my bill on time that I am no longer a concern for KLZ. I believe my only recourse is now to contact the BBB and see if I can get results from them. I had used KLZ at my other home for gutters and eves troughs and had no issues. Very disappointed in this company now.
