Fadi Batroukh review about company Amazing Exteriors

This is by far the worst place I've ever experienced terrible, terrible, terrible customer service. No call backs, no one there knows real numbers and are never able to give an exact quote. The gal who answers the phone (office manager??) does a lot of promising and no delivering. It was like talking to a child. Brian and Jason (manager of some sort) have terrible people skills and don't know their own product. No one saved my window measurements so every time I called in (I called in about 7 times over a month and a half span and went in twice) I had to give them all measurements all over again. I wouldn't even send my worst enemy to them. I'm shocked they've been open this long unless they have a lot of commercial stuff they do where costumer service isn't all that important. Giving one star is one star too many. Once again terrible, terrible, terrible place to do business.
