William Matheson review about company Ascend Roofing Company LLC

We were buying a house in the area, and needed an estimate on a re-roof during our 10 day inspection contingency. I called ascend and explained our time constraint. They said they could be there Monday at noon, so we scheduled our inspection around their availability. Long story short; they never showed up. 3 weeks later I received a call from the estimator, who asked unironically, "Do you still need an estimate?". I understand being busy, but a simple phone call to say "We can't make it" would have been appreciated. Needless to say, we went with a competitor, and are glad we did.
