The guys were rude and unprofessional. They didn’t give me a time frame when they were coming, and showed up without calling. Before I was able to explain my problem I was hit with $250 cost just to look at the damage area, I explain I wasn’t told that when I made the initial appt, he then took an eyeball measurements of the roof and said someone will call back with an estimate.
