Steven Baynham review about company Advanced Roofing Ontario Home Improvements

Please do not use this company. Once they have your money they are gone. They have absolutely no customer service. I had my roof done in 2013 and in my second year I was losing shingles. When I tried to contact them I was informed they would get back to me as all their calls go straight through a call center. It took three week for them to temporary fix the problem and they never returned. Now after a windy night I have lost a bunch of shingles and a roof vent and the same thing is happening. I'm going on week two and no sign of them. I can't even get a call back. Anyway, please learn from my mistake and pick a better company.
