Tatum Roberts review about company M Parry Roofing

Do not ask this outfit to do your roofing work! We asked them to cure several issues where water was getting into our house on the front and rear elevations. The larger than life owner, Matthew Parry (aka 'Harry'), made all the right noises and convinced us he knew what was required, so we gave him the job. However, £7500 later, we still have lots of water coming in which is causing damage to ceiling covings and plasterwork. We left countless messages and text to ask him to come back to see what was wrong and, after 8 months of hassle, he 'claims' he looked at the problem (difficult without scaffolding/cherry picker as it's 4 storeys high, and declared that the water ingress was nothing to do with his work. Nonsense! Interestingly, his response was just outside the 12-month 'guarantee'.....We are now faced with getting another roofing company in to fix the issues once and for all. This is an honest review from a very unhappy customer. Be warned!
