Cory Sapp review about company 435 Roofing Inc.

Very happy customer. We just had our roof replaced by 435 Roofing after having multiple bids on our roof. Lloyd came out and put together a very professional estimate (the most organized and in-depth of all of the estimates) and explained the process in detail. The price was on the lower end of our bids, but not the lowest. Due to the level of enthusiasm and detail in Lloyd's estimate, we decided to go with 435, and boy, we could not be more impressed. Signed the agreement Tuesday night and Lloyd and the crew were at my house at 7:15 the next morning to roof my home. The roof looks great, the crews were professional, and the clean-up was fantastic. Could not be more impressed with this company and would encourage all those looking for a roof to use or, at the very least, get an estimate from this company. Won't need a roof for years, but when I do, I will be using 435. Thanks guys!
