Thomas DiBacco review about company John G Gordon Roofing

Beware. They provide the lowest bid but don't do their homework. After they submitted their bid, I called to discuss it. The owner said he came by the house on his own and knew what had to be done prior to submitting the bid. The story changed after we met at the house together as they began pointing out the extra work that would have to be done. I asked him to reprice the job using shingles instead of tile. He said it would lower the cost substantially. When the bid came back it was only about 15% less. When I called to ask him about it he insulted me and told me it was my fault. I chose to end discussions and will never do business with them. Don't waste your time like I did and fall for this bait and switch because their price is the lowest. Not to be trusted.
