An appointment was made for 5pm for an estimate because he was working out of town. Placed a call at 5:20pm and left a message for a call back. Texted at 5:50pm to ask if he was still coming. Never got a response to the call, text, or an explanation. I understand things come up for guys when they are on the job. But the lack of a simple phone call crosses them off the list permanently for us.
