Marco Vuillermoz review about company Matt Merry Roofing

We had a bad experience with Matt, after I paid him, he agreed to refund me with some money, but then he changed his mind after few days. I tried to get in touch with him for explanations about the job he did. He first hung up the phone on me than never answered again. My Partner tried to get in touch with him too, he hung up on her too. He took pics of our extension from the back, framing the entry of the property from the back garden without asking authorisation, he then posts the pics on his facebook wall with no consent. I feel like he has been acting very unprofessionally. Quick to take money, but then forgetting about his clients very quickly.
