K Tas review about company Handy Mania Commercial Maintenance

Had the worse experience with Joe. He knew I had to check with Morton Grove Village about permits and then he was going to charge me an extra $ 500 because the village needed his licence. I TOLD HIM I ALREADY PAID FOR THE permit which was $30 and the plot of survey.Giving them one star was being nice. I wasted one month waiting for them to fix it. Joe Mestey is not honest and he had the ordasity to tell me that they usually tell the home owners to say when the owners are pulling the permit "that the home owners are doing the work"when they are the ones fixing the fence !!!! Joe Mestey was giving a lot of crap for why he charges an extra 500$. I would never recommend them to anyone they are just a waste of time and money!!!
