Rich Gilbert review about company Abercrombie Construction

When calling them I had someone come on site and take a look at water damage in my home. The sales guy was very nice and said he would be in touch with next steps. A week and a half later I still hadn't heard even after calling in and asking about it. The owner of Abercrombie Construction finally came out and did the same walk around and picture taking. He then advised me that he wasn't working on a free estimate and if it were insurance claim they would get paid for the estimate. Negotiated between them and our insurance. I wanted to know how that worked and if the money from that would sacrifice our deductable. He then claimed all I wanted was my insurance money. He then became condescending and rude. I had him leave my home as I had my children in the home. He then continued with his arguing outside my home. Can't believe a business owner would do that especially in front of children. NEVER WOULD RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANYTHING
