Dianna Lapp review about company Titan Roofing LLC

Update: The response to my review is simply untrue. I can show phone records verifying my review. I never even received the quote I requested, so how could you have attempted to fix my roof? This is the first I have heard anything from Titan Roofing since I called Richard to check on my estimate and he said he didn't make it the previous day as planned and would come today. I'll gladly take my review down if you can show where you called me. The truth is no one did. Please do not put off on me your shortcomings. Original review: I sent an online request for an estimate and received a call from Richard. He said he would come out that day and provide an estimate. I did not hear from him so I called the next day. I had to remind him of my address, and he told me he did not make it the day before but would be by that day. It has been three more days since then, and I haven't heard a peep. The reason I contacted them was because of the stellar reviews. Unfortunately, my experience has not been great. I understand if it is busy, and if it may take a few days schedule something. However, I would expect someone to communicate with me if there is a delay or problem fulfilling a commitment.
