A complete inspection of the roof and gutters was done to determine the extent of the repairs. The 2nd step provided a detailed cost proposal. The work was scheduled after our acceptance and 1st payment. An inspection was performed upon completion of the work to assure it was all done properly - and was completed before final payment was requested. We are very pleased with the work performed and the manner in which the job was handled.
