Other roofing companies just blow you off, not Clemens. The gracious operator at Clemens assisted my wife and I with setting an appointment right away after calling. The Clemens Team were consistent in their customer service approach and stuck to the schedule. Their sales team was on time and professional. The initial sales meeting was informational and there was no high pressure tactics or up-selling. They even gave us homes to look at that had the color shingle we were considering assisting in our decision. The work crews, one for the roof and one for the guttering were outstanding. I was pleased with the one day tear off and replacement of the old roof. The roofing crew worked diligently all day to get the work done on time. All this despite working on a very windy day and a very steep roof. The guttering crew worked clean and efficiently with a similarly beautiful outcome. Our home is now complete again, thank you Clemens Team.
