2 of 4 county inspections failed on my roof and still waiting for them to order the final county inspection since roof was completed on April 18th... Onshore also promised (for an extra $2,500) to enhance my truss straps so I would get a better insurance code compliance rating - wasn't done but they still want me to pay for it. Last but not least, many of the new white roof tiles are obviously chipped and damaged. Onshore did follow up with me after this review to make everything right. Thank you!
