Soo glad I made the decision to order my new windows from Thompson Creek. The quality and workmanship are excellent. Contracted installer worked quickly and did an amazing job. From my initial contact with the customer service reps on the phone, to the final installation--everyone I interacted with on the Thompson Creek team were courteous and professional. Every question was answered and any changes I requested were immediately recorded. I am very happy with my experience and I will definitely be working with Thompson Creek for other upgrades to my home in the very near future. If you're considering Thompson Creek for your new windows--I would highly recommend setting an appointment for the sales rep to come to your home. It's a free consultation and the sales rep is not pushy. Definitely worth it.
