My overall experience with Lon Smith was positive. This was the second time they replaced my roof - 15 years apart. The sales guys were thorough and provided some grat insights. The inspector, David, was great to deal with and responsive. Any minor issue we had was addressed quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend Lon Smith to anyone.
