Spent hours with these people. Even drove to their facility to pick out colors. That was a month ago. Nothing happened. What a waste of time. Regarding response above from owner - we dealt with your employee Pat Martin He took pictures of our home, wrote notes, I even helped him measure everything and asked us to follow him to your shop. We went to your office talked with your metal man and picked out the color we wanted. Upon leaving we also met the owner as he was leaving in his Range Rover, so as you can see we were there. Seems like the owner is easy to write off a comment saying that we were never a customer is his way to try to get out of his team not doing their job.
