unreliable and disorganized. We asked them to fix a leak in our roof, they came, assessed and then promptly forgot about us. After over a month and added damage to our hard wood from continued leakage they finally showed up (after multiple calls) and "fixed the problem". We went away on vacation reassured and returned only to find the leak had NOT been fixed and that our hardwood was destroyed. We have since hired a competing company and they properly diagnosed and repaired the problem in the same day. Use this company at your own risk.
