If I could give a negative -5 stars I certainly would. I have written Piedmont Gutter Helmet for months sent videos for months. See the picture - they are failing. No response, no email, no phone call. You pay a premium price for a terrible service - what good does this "great" guarantee do when you can't even get them to fix a new install issue. Stay far far away from this.
