AC review about company Mitchell Brothers Roofing Co

I called Mitchell Brothers several times on Bill's cell phone and on the office phone about a leak in my roof (which they had installed before my husband and I bought the house) and left voice messages, and sent text messages, but they didn't return my calls or texts... until 8 hours later when I sent a firm text to the owner, after going to the "office" location which is just someone's house and no one was there. After Bill came and patched up the leak (my mom met him at our house, as my husband and I were both at work), we had some questions for him and have been trying to call him since Friday of last week and still haven't gotten a response! Maybe this review will get their attention and they'll call me back.
