Oxford Maintenance review about company L&L Contractors

L & L Contractors took care of a major insurance claim for one of the rental properties we manage. A large tree had fallen on the roof, causing framing damage and major roof damage. Not only did L & L take care of the entire project seamlessly, but our direct point of contact, Dave Gilday, was amazing in keeping us and the tenant living at the property updated every step of the way. The project was a great success, our client (the property owner) and our tenants were all taken care of and the entire process was easy on us. We have great confidence in L & L contractors for small and large projects and will continue to use them in the service of our rental properties.
