Facts/cons: it took 8 weeks to get the roof, while on site the workers trampled/broke/killed numerous plants around the house despite being asked to avoid them several times, trash and nails were left around the house, and they punctured a screen on one window with equipment hanging over the side of the house. Pros: Done quickly (less than one day to install), responded to complaint about plants and workers (but only with a 'we are sorry; it happens'), relatively cheap, roof seems secure so far and looks nice. I guess you get what you pay for in this instance.
