Christopher Liggett review about company C & C Contractors Inc

C&C Contractors (aka C&C Storm Restoration, Inc.) recently replaced the 15+ year-old roof on our house. The entire process was professional and courteous and pleasant. Tony Bailey oversaw the project, with expert assistance from Alain and Chandler. They quickly identified the source of the leak coming into my upstairs bathroom, and we discussed several options for addressing it, from simply mending the source of the leak (degraded sealer around the plumbing pressure vent) to completely replacing the roof. Their bid for a complete replacement was competitive with another company we had contacted, so we chose C&C on the basis of their professionalism and flexibility. We chose to upgrade to architectural shingles due to the longer life and increased resistance to wind damage. The project was scheduled for a Saturday and was completed in one day. Alain visited during the project and made sure everything was being done to spec. The cleanup was very thorough. The only thing I can criticize them for was the delay in removing the dumpster from our driveway, which did not occur until I called the dumpster company myself after three days had passed. In fairness, a major storm system hit Georgia the day after our roof was done, with tornadoes in the south part of the State that caused widespread damage. Tony warned me that they would be diverted to that area for a bit, and apparently the order to remove our dumpster got lost in the shuffle. On balance, a very professional and high-quality job. I would definitely use C&C Contractors again.
