Rude, unprofessional, arrogant, argumentative and that was just trying to get additional information on quote provided. Charles hung up the phone on me when I asked him to substantiate his claims and provide just the 'facts'. The main reference he supplied was his own roof. Small operation that boasts a 10 year workmanship warranty, which IMHO is meaningless for a one man operation only in business for a short amount of time. His warranty appeared based on the fact that he is the only person on his crew he lets puts the nails in the roof and he referred to his employees as only go-fers. I see that as a minus because he must lack the ability to hire or train good help. I can see how his egotistical and arrogant attitude could be impossible to work for. I cannot speak for the actual work because we eliminated Parkview from the list due to Charles unprofessional behavior. Don't buy the sales hype, do your due diligence, it is possible Parkview may do good work if you can get beyond Charles ego.
