Talked to Brian to get an estimate and he seemed friendly at first, so we scheduled an appointment for him to give us an estimate. He came and right away he called me at work with my girlfriend being at the house looking for the insurance paperwork so I tried talking to him over the phone and was about to tell him that I could give him the surface area of the roof and he just walked out. VERY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and told my girlfriend he doesn't go on top of the roof and he wants the estimate from my insurance. He walked off while I was in a middle of a sentence. DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDING BRIAN OR CREST ROOFING FOR THIS MATTER! BRIAN/CREST Roofing, If you can't go on top of a roof what good are you? and you're a roofing company?!
