Avais Chaudhri review about company Stanleys Roofing & Building Ltd

Arranged for them to come and see me on Saturday at 11am for a quote. Waiting until 11:10am and called to see if he was still coming. Answers the phone and clearly had no idea that he had made a commitment. I said I had been waiting he said ‘well I was with another customer and I’m coming now be with you in half an hour’. I said it would have been nice to have let me know that you were going to be late’. He then says, ‘well I had another customer quote’ I repeated what I said previously, he then said, ‘well get someone else’ and then hung up the phone. What an attitude!! Reliability and credibility in serious question for me.
