Our family home was hit by the recent EF1 tornado in the Fort Worth/Keller area and sustained serious damage to our roof. The very next day Jeff came out, met with our insurance adjuster, and made the process quick and easy. State Farm was familiar with Radiant Roofing & Contracting and in 48 hours worked together to make sure we had our initial check and a new roof. There are many small children who play up and down our block. Unfortunately, a few neighbors have used other companies that have littered our neighborhood with trash, nails, and razor blades. Radiant was quick to notice this and worked hard to not only provide a top quality roof, but more importantly to provide a safe job-site. This was very much appreciated and noticed by not only us, but our neighbors as well. It is now several weeks later ... we still have neighbors with tarps on their roofs and we are left wondering why? This is not our first home, nor our first experience with weather related roof replacements.
