If I could give a 0 stars I would. Waited two days for the guy to show up for a roof estimate and got the run around. They want you AND your husband to be around so they can take your money obviously. Why does my husband have to be there? Elyse rescheduled our appointment 3 times in one day (yesterday) until we agreed on 11am today. I call at 11:30am since he was a no show yet again and she wants me to wait 20 more minutes! Ridiculous! Disgusting customer service on a deal that couldve been profitable for you since im selling my house. Would never recommend. They don't stick to their word. A.N.S. Restoration showed up within 1 hour of my same day request. Go with them instead!
