Ivan Benson review about company Eco Home Improvement Ltd
Paid just over £4,200 for a new bathroom. Seemed to be going along nicely. Arrived back from holiday to it finished. Toilet cistern constantly filling up and flowing into toilet. Wouldn't be a problem but I'm on a water meter. Rang several times and sent videos. Heard nothing back. Been 3 weeks now. Tried calling and goes to voicemail. I thought they were decent. I'll be contacting trading standards. If it does get sorted, I'll update accordingly. After 4 weeks it has finally been fixed. Very apologetic and recieved a goodwill gesture as an apology. All work carried out professionally. Improved score by 3☆
