They do not do quality work and do not stand behind the supposed 15 year warranty provided. He performed repairs on one section of my roof and entirely redid another section between about June 2017 and March 2018 after I called him for leaks. I contacted him again a few months later when the leaks started again, and he was completely unresponsive. He was a no show on three separate occasions and didn't respond to my texts. Even when he did come to do the work he often arrived well past the arrival window, sometimes only if I called to ask where he was. In total he does not communicate well, does shoddy work, and his warranty is worthless. Not worth the headache to work with him.
