David Houston review about company Direct Roofing & Building

I had some roof repairs/moss clearing carried out a few months ago. The bill was £100 more than the estimate. I feel that the work was not worth the price paid. Company said a receipt would be sent by email, despite numerous reminder calls (from Quotatis) nothing has been forthcoming. This is extremely bad for customer relations. I definitely would not recommend this company.
