Update: Sent $500 invoice for tarp following my withdraw of consent to pursue insurance company. The representative led me to believe the small tarp was for my convenience, that signing was no big deal and could be canceled by phone, and that nothing else needed to be organized with them until I heard from insurance. All false: follow-up invoice was sent for this "convenience", I was not able to cancel by phone and they quickly became short with me when I asked, and they wanted to be present during the insurance appointment. They obviously did not properly train the representative that came to my house and the tarp didn't even stop the leak. Original post: Came out a put a tarp on my leaky roof the same day I called.
