Horrible communication and treat you like a side project. Once I finally received a written estimate (3 weeks after they did the estimate and then 2 weeks before someone came to do the job, they didn't have the right materials. The installer (Eric) said he would be back the next morning, this is 4 weeks later. They left holes drilled in my wall and will not show up to patch and paint them. I am now going to persue legal action against G&T. Don't use this company!
