We went with Best Roofing of VA even though they were slightly more expensive than the two other quotes we received mainly because they were so professional, courteous and detail oriented. Ty Cox was who we worked with not only for the estimate but throughout the entire project. He was so kind, easy to talk to and genuinely cared about our satisfaction with the project. He made sure he explained every part of the project and answered any of our questions from beginning to end. Once we signed the contract, he had the crew scheduled to start the roof in less then a week. They showed up at 7:00 am sharp each day and finished the entire project in only two days. They worked in an efficient and professional manner. They even took extra care to move anything that could be potentially impacted by the removal of the old roof before they started. They also did an excellent job of cleaning up! When they finished on the second day the yard and all around the house was perfectly clean, like we didn't even have a roof replacement - But the beautiful new roof was obvious evidence. Since completion we have had numerous neighbors stop by to tell us how much they love our new roof. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with the work provided by everyone involved but especially with Ty. He oversaw every bit of the project and made sure everything was done to perfection!
